Your mission
The job responsibilities of the Adhesive Bonder –Special Porcess, Rolling Stock (Metro, Semi High-speed train & E loco). The Adhesive Bonder is responsible for ensuring bonding application and compliance at site. This role combines expertise in Adhesive bonding with a deep understanding of manufacturing processes to improve productivity, reliability, and safety.
Your profile
- Application knowledge of in compliance with EN 17460:2022.
- Knowledge of adhesives tooling and its chemical impact.
- Overseeing qualification, training, and competency of personnel involved in adhesive bonding.
- Ensuring the bonding as per design requirement and WI.
- Ensuring equipment, environment, and bonding operations meet quality and safety norms.
- Maintaining traceability, quality records, and documentation related to bonding operations.
- Define and implement the training plan related to industrial topics and to Special Processes.
- Adhere EHS compliance at line to ensure safe working environment.
- Process PFMEA, QRQC, process improvement.
- Maintain protected and clean work environment by educating and collaborating with IR/third party personnel on the use of all control points, equipment and resources and maintaining compliance with establishes policies and procedures.
- Maintain harmonious relationship with all stakeholders and staff.
- Resolve personnel problem & maintain data for investigating issue, identifying solutions and recommending actions.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending CFT workshop for improvements and benchmarking stated-art-practice to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Carries out Ergonomic analysis in the work area, related corrective and improvement actions thus ensuring adequate Ergonomic conditions for the Production area personnel.
