Job Description:
- Ensure that the facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly
- Schedule and supervise maintenance repair work and assist with checking installation and servicing building equipment
- Ensure preventive maintenance are undertaken by the appointed Annual Maintenance Contractor.
- Maintain stock levels of stationary & Housekeeping materials
- Ensure premises compliance with state and assist with energy management
- Oversee security of buildings and grounds
- Maintain ongoing communication with contractors, clients, and team
- All recent assets received are tagged and Physical Asset Verification are conducted.
- Ensure Renewal/Surrender process of the premises are done within the stipulated timeline.
