As an Associate – Product Owner in the Digital & Platform Services team, you will play a key role in leveraging AI and intelligent automation to streamline the end-to-end booking lifecycle—reducing manual touchpoints, accelerating accuracy, and driving business performance. The role requires solid domain understanding of lending operations and the end-to-end loan lifecycle, with a focus on how AI and automation enhance workflows across origination, booking, and servicing. Working knowledge of vendor platforms such as Finastra Loan IQ, FIS ACBS, and other market-leading lending systems is essential.
Job Responsibilities:
- Set product vision/strategy and shape the roadmap through discovery (interviews, process deep-dives, data/controls analysis).




- Own and refine the backlog (epics/features/stories) aligned to priorities and measurable outcomes.
- Track success metrics across cost, functionality, risk posture, and reliability to drive decisions.
- Drive simplification/modernization of commercial lending servicing with engineering partners.
- Deliver scalable capabilities across the lending lifecycle (credit, underwriting, closing, funding and servicing).
- Ensure requirements are clear, testable, and traceable—avoiding one-off solutions.
- Align business, ops, tech, and controls on scope, sequencing, and trade-offs.
- Manage dependencies, risks, and decisions; communicate changes clearly.
- Ensure operational readiness and adherence to risk/control and quality standards.
- Lead QA/UAT and support go-live, hypercare, and continuous improvement using feedback and outcomes.
