KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Assist in collecting client requirements and preparing meeting notes.
▪ Support in drafting specifications and easy system configurations.
▪ Help with documentation like process charts, user guides, and training material.
▪ Contribute to preparing and running test cases.
▪ Provide basic support for client queries and follow-ups.
▪ Assist in project tasks such as upgrades, migrations, and change requests.
CANDIDATE PROFILE & REQUIREMENTS
▪ Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
▪ Interest in IT/Finance/Fintech.
▪ Basic SQL knowledge or eagerness to learn. ▪ Curious, analytical, and eager to solve problems.
▪ Good communication and teamwork skills.
▪ Organized and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
▪ Comfortable with English (French is a plus).
