Position Summary:
This position will enable to meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our
organization’s rapid and sustainable growth by developing new customers in IPS.

Job requirements
Key Roles & Responsibilities:

§ Identify new business opportunities and probable applications through market research.
§ Maintain relationships with customers by providing requisite support, guidance and
recommending solution-based application
§ Focus on solution selling to customers.
§ Experience in automotive export packaging and supply chain operations, including CKD and SKD packaging management.
§ Plan sales and achieve revenue, margins, and collections.




§ Maintains quality customer service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
§ Ensuring speedy resolution of queries and grievances to maximize customer satisfaction level.
§ Coordinating for launch of current products in the assigned territory, putting in place initiatives to increase product visibility and drive volumes.

Candidate Profile:
Qualification & Certification (if applicable)
B. Tech – Mechanical/Electrical

Experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience in direct Industrial Sales or Key Accounts Sales
Experience in developing business with new products, new solutions and to new customers
