Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot telephone lines and related communication systems at SAC.
- Attend telephone line complaints and breakdowns and ensure timely resolution.
- Identify and rectify issues related to telephone wiring, extensions, connections, and line faults.
- Perform preventive maintenance of telephone lines and associated equipment.
- Test telephone lines using appropriate tools and equipment.
- Maintain service records, complaint reports, and maintenance logs.
- Coordinate with the SAC team for service requests and maintenance activities.
- Ensure minimum downtime and proper functioning of all telephone lines under the AMC.

Requirements
Requirements
- ITI/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunication, or related field.
- Hands-on experience in telephone line maintenance, wiring, and fault troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of EPABX/intercom systems will be an advantage.
- Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and attend service calls promptly.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
