This open position is for Armanino India LLP, which is located in India. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).

Responsibilities




- Maintain accounting records for syndicated loans and private debt investments.
- Process current trades, settlements, fundings, paydowns, restructurings, PIKs, rollovers, conversions, and other loan lifecycle events.
- Review and confirm trade activity and funding transactions.
- Process daily notices received from agent banks.
- Analyze loan agreements and legal documents to extract key loan terms and attributes.
- Reconcile cash and position balances daily.
- Ensure accurate booking of investment-related cash activity.
- Support NAV production by providing loan-related reporting to fund accounting teams.
- Maintain investment data across the systems.
- Prepare and distribute operational reports supporting portfolio accounting and valuation processes.
