We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior International Business Development Professional to lead and execute our end-to-end sales efforts on a global scale.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and closing international business opportunities while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. This role requires a strong understanding of international markets, strategic thinking, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
● Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies to build a robust and consistent sales pipeline.
● Identify, research, qualify, and engage potential international clients and business partners.
● Focus on target markets including USA, UK, and UAE.
● Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential target accounts.
● Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects.

Sales Strategy & Planning
● Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with short-term and long-term business objectives.
● Develop detailed sales plans for each target market, including key milestones, activities, and deliverables.
● Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies for market penetration and expansion.
● Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential opportunities.
3. End-to-End Sales & Deal Closing
● Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and initial contact to negotiation and final contract closure.
● Conduct discovery calls, presentations, product/service demonstrations, and commercial discussions with prospective clients.
● Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations tailored to client requirements.
● Lead negotiations and effectively communicate the company's value proposition.
