Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment for Brandmovers across advertising, creative, digital, strategy, account management,
business development and other agency functions.
* Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, references, networking and industry mapping.
* Proactively reach out to candidates through *cold calling, LinkedIn and other channels*.
* Pitch Brandmovers and relevant opportunities to prospective candidates and generate interest in open positions.
* Screen candidates to assess their experience, skill sets, career aspirations and suitability for the role.
* Manage candidates through the recruitment lifecycle from *sourcing and outreach to interviews, offer negotiation, closure and joining*.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent from the advertising, creative, digital and marketing ecosystem.
* Develop and maintain relationships with candidates for current and future hiring requirements.
* Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and identify relevant p
