We are seeking a highly skilled L3 Support Consultant with robust full-stack development experience in Java and Angular. The role involves advanced production support, complex issue resolution, and development of enhancements and custom applications integrated with SAP Ariba.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 support for SAP Ariba applications and integrated custom solutions.

• Analyze and resolve complex production issues involving Java backend services, Angular and AngularJs frontend applications.

• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.

• Design, develop, and support custom Java-based microservices for various integrations and interfaces.

• Develop and maintain Angular UI components for procurement-related applications.

• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.

• Work with REST APIs, XML/JSON, and middleware for data exchange.

• Participate in change management, deployments, UAT, and releases.





• Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.

• Ensure SLA adherence and provide timely status updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in L2/ L3 Support and production environments.

• Hands-on experience in Core Java , Spring / Spring Boot , Junit development.

• Strong frontend development skills in Angular , AngularJS ,HTML, CSS, Java Script , Karma.

• Good understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and sourcing processes.

• Experience with incident, problem, and change management (ITIL).

• Familiarity with jenkins pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.

• Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills.

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
