As Editorial Team Leader, you will play a critical role in enabling the success of both the Content Strategy and Content Development teams by ensuring the delivery of high-quality administrative, project, and data support across the Research Editorial function.
Opportunity
As an Editorial Team Leader, you will:
- Lead and support a team of Editorial Assistants and other junior editorial colleagues, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality administrative,
project, and data support services.
- Manage resource allocation across the team, ensuring workloads are balanced, transparent, and aligned with business priorities.
- Monitor project progress, establish deadlines, track team performance, and report on key metrics.
- Identify training and development needs, providing coaching and support to help team members build skills and progress their careers.
- Act as the voice of the editorial support team in discussions with senior editorial stakeholders, driving continuous improvement and resolving operational challenges.
- Oversee critical editorial support workflows, including contracts, payments, gratis copies, and project administration processes.
