Job Summary (List Format):
- 8 to 12 years of experience in UX/UI or product design, with a track record of leading design initiatives and projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in product design, UX/UI design, design research, and design systems, as shown in a strong qualified portfolio.
- Proficient in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma), collaboration platforms (e.g., Miro), and usability testing tools.
- Deep knowledge of human-centred design principles, interaction design best practices, and usability standards.
- Extensive experience working with, and contributing to, design systems.
- Strong understanding of usability and accessibility guidelines, including WCAG standards.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex design concepts and decisions.
- Experience working within Agile teams and delivering high-quality design solutions in fast-paced environments.
