JD: UKG -Test Analyst/ functional lead
- 6+ years of experience in testing UKG Workforce management tool/HCM tool including modules such as Payrule, Absence Management, and Time Keeping.
- Hands-on experience with UKG modules such as Accruals, Timekeeping, Access, Pay Rule, Reporting, Scheduling etc.
- Proven project experience and a solid understanding of UKG input and output reports
- Solid knowledge and experience in various testing methodologies.
- Ability to understand business requirements independently.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for test case uploads, defect management, reporting & dashboards creation, and traceability (preferred).
