nExport Market Development

- Formulate and execute strategies to expand sales in international markets (USA, Europe, Middle East, Asia-Pacific).n
- Identify, develop, and manage global distributors, importers, and direct clients.n
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor benchmarking for positioning.n

nInternational Client Management

- Build and maintain solid, long-term relationships with overseas customers.n
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and supply agreements.n
- Ensure excellent customer service to enhance brand credibility.n

nExport Operations & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with all export documentation, legal, and regulatory requirements.n
- Coordinate with logistics partners for timely shipments at optimum costs.n
- Manage LCs,



payment terms, and international banking transactions.n

nMarketing & Brand Building

- Represent the company in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meets.n
- Support digital and traditional marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence overseas.n

nTeam Leadership & Performance Management
