This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced accounting qualified supporting day-to-day finance operations for multiple US-based clients. You’ll work across transactional accounting, payroll, invoicing, bill payments, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting in a multi-client environment. The role offers exposure to businesses across multiple industries, including private equity- and venture capital-backed organizations. You’ll collaborate closely with senior accounting professionals while using modern cloud-accounting and practice management technologies. Strong organization, analytical thinking, and attention to detail will be essential as you balance competing deadlines across clients. The position is fully remote and designed to provide flexibility while maintaining consistent availability during professional working hours.

Accountabilities:




- Manage day-to-day accounting activities for enterprise clients, including transaction entry, invoicing, bill payments, payroll preparation, journal entries, account reconciliations, and related financial operations.
- Support accounting and reporting activities for US-based clients across multiple industries and business structures.
- Work alongside senior accounting professionals to ensure client books and financial information are accurate, complete, and maintained to a high standard.
- Manage work across multiple clients while prioritizing tasks effectively and meeting deadlines based on changing client requirements.
- Use practice management and cloud-accounting platforms to organize, track, and complete assigned work efficiently.
- Interact directly with clients when required, responding to specific accounting questions and respectfully following up for information or documentation.
