Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Stewarding Executive to join our organization in Chennai, India. In this pivotal role, you will lead and manage all stewarding operations, ensuring exceptional standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and equipment maintenance. You will supervise a dedicated team, coordinate with multiple departments, and drive operational excellence through strategic planning, staff development,

- Assign specific duties to all stewarding team members under your supervision, including external contracted employees, and provide clear instructions on work expectations and standards
- Develop and maintain comprehensive work schedules using computerized scheduling systems, ensuring adequate coverage while managing overtime and vacation requests efficiently
- Prepare and submit weekly payroll reports and overtime documentation to senior management for timely approval and processing
- Monitor and maintain personal cleanliness standards and professional deportment of all team members, fostering a culture of accountability and pride in work
- Conduct regular training sessions and meetings with team
