Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a Full Stack Java Developer (Java FS) with 7–15 years of industry experience and strong hands-on expertise in Java development. The role involves developing and delivering solutions across the full software development lifecycle using Java, J2EE, web services, SQL databases, UI frameworks, cloud-native technologies, and API integration platforms. The position will translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional, technical, and system requirements while supporting Project Managers and Business Analysts in product delivery. The role contributes to business objectives by delivering scalable, secure, maintainable, and high-quality full-stack solutions in an Agile environment.

Software Requirements (Required and Preferred)
Required
- Java and J2EE: Robust hands-on development experience across the software development lifecycle.
- Spring Boot: Experience developing enterprise-grade backend applications and services.
- Web Services and API Integration: Experience designing, developing, consuming, and integrating web services.




- SQL database development: Strong experience with SQL database development.
- Postgres: Solid understanding of relational databases, with Postgres experience required.
- UI technologies: Experience with Angular and/or React.
- Docker: Experience containerizing applications.
- Kubernetes: Experience supporting container orchestration and deployment.
- Kafka: Experience with event streaming and asynchronous communication.
- API integration platforms: Experience with Mulesoft and/or Apigee.
- Software development methodologies: Established technical knowledge of software development methodologies and implementation using the Java technology stack.
- Software development lifecycle: Established technical knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Source control and integrated development environments: Experience with source control tools and common IDEs such as Eclipse.
