What You'll Do

✅ Lead and conduct Social Compliance Audits including SMETA, BSCI, SA8000, WRAP, and Factory Assessments.
✅ Evaluate labor practices, health & safety, ethics, and management systems.
✅ Interview workers and management to assess compliance with applicable standards.
✅ Prepare high-quality audit reports, CAPs, and certification documentation.
✅ Ensure adherence to APSCA requirements, ISO guidelines, and Bureau Veritas quality standards.
✅ Support clients in strengthening ethical sourcing and responsible business practices.

What We're Looking For





✔ APSCA Level 3 (CSCA Qualified)
✔ 6-8 years of industry experience with 4+ years in Social Compliance Auditing
✔ Lead Auditor certification from a recognized body
✔ Strong understanding of Indian Labor Laws, EHS requirements, and factory operations
✔ Experience in SMETA, BSCI, SA8000, WRAP, Factory Evaluation, or ESG-related audits
✔ Excellent communication, interviewing, and report-writing skills
✔ Willingness to travel extensively across locations

Preferred

⭐ Approved Auditor for SMETA and/or BSCI
⭐ Experience with third-party certification bodies, buying offices, manufacturing facilities, or consulting organizations
