Paid Social Ads Specialist
Location: Fully Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 2–3 years hands-on experience
About the Role
We’re looking for a Paid Social Ads Specialist to join our growing performance marketing team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how paid advertising works and has real experience managing campaigns across different industries. You’ll primarily work on Meta Ads, with opportunities to work with TikTok Ads and Google Ads as well.
Our clients are mainly eCommerce brands, so experience driving online purchases and optimizing campaigns for conversions is highly valuable.
You don’t need to be a senior strategist. We’re looking for someone who is curious, analytical, proactive, and comfortable getting into the Ads Manager and making things happen.
What You’ll Do
- Set up, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns focused on conversions and sales
- Monitor campaign performance and make ongoing optimizations to improve CPA, ROAS, CTR, and overall efficiency
- Work with different campaign objectives, audiences, creatives, placements,



and budgets
- Manage campaigns across different stages of the customer journey, including prospecting and retargeting
- Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Conduct basic audience, creative, and messaging testing
- Review ad performance and provide recommendations for creative improvements
- Help manage paid advertising accounts across multiple industries and client accounts
- Prepare regular performance reports and communicate key insights to the team
- Work closely with creative, strategy, and account management teams
- Stay up to date with changes and best practices across Meta and other advertising platforms
- Assist with campaign setup, tracking, pixels/events, UTMs, and basic conversion tracking
