Role: Assistant Manager, Social/Digital marketing

Location: Delhi NCR

The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of social media trends, brand storytelling, and platform-specific content strategies.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media platforms.
- Manage end-to-end social media channels, including content planning, copywriting, scheduling, monitoring, and performance reporting.
- Create compelling, on-brand content tailored to platform-specific formats and audience segments across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with internal teams and creative partners to maintain brand consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity.
- Lead the development of innovative content formats — including reels, carousels, live sessions, and interactive features — to drive engagement.




- Use data and analytics tools to track engagement, define audience insights, and refine content strategies and posting schedules.
- Stay updated on evolving platform algorithms, social media trends, current tools/technologies and competitor activity to ensure strategy relevance.
- Manage community engagement, ensuring timely and appropriate responses across platforms to enhance user experience and brand affinity.

Additional skills
- Plan and execute paid digital campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads), with a focus on RoI-driven performance and optimization.
- Align social media efforts with SEO, website goals, and landing page strategies for cohesive digital impact.
- ORM tracking via listening tools such as Meltwater, Sprinklr, Brandwatch
