Your Impact

As Senior Commercial Manager, India based in our HQ in Mumbai, you will report to the Commercial Director, India & Middle East and work closely with various teams and leadership across the Asia Pacific region, making your mark in a number of ways:




- You will provide commercial leadership, guidance and advice to support the delivery teams in all aspects of commercial and contract issues across the entire lifecycle of our data centre developments
- You will negotiate complex contracts, both domestically and internationally, including the development and management of all contractual documentation
- You will lead the commercial development reporting and administration function for the region, ensuring a high level of governance and accuracy to stakeholders

What you’ll do
- Support management team with procurement and contract strategies for existing and current hyperscale developments in India
- Lead customer contracts review during pre-flight and develop risk management strategy to manage any upstream/downstream gaps
- Lead contract, cost and claims management and strategy across all in flight projects, partnering with the development team to resolve all
