- Strong experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
- Hands-on with:
- Workflows, Rules, Tasks, Roles, Certifications
- Aggregation, provisioning, and identity lifecycle
- Valuable understanding of IAM / IGA concepts

Programming & Tools
- Java, BeanShell scripting, XML
- SQL (basic to intermediate)
- REST/SOAP APIs

IAM Domain Knowledge
- Access Management, Identity Governance, RBAC, JML
- Application onboarding and entitlement modeling
- Certification & compliance frameworks
- SailPoint Implementation/Development
