Role: Business Analyst

Communication- Excellent Communication

Education: BCA or B. Tech in CS, IT or E&C; or equivalent

Experience Level: 3 to 6 years

Location: Delhi/NCR pref Noida

Notice Period: 60 days or less will be preferred

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirement Analysis: Gather and analyze requirement to identify business needs and opportunities.

2. Problem Solving: Identify vulnerabilities in business processes and devise data-driven solutions.

3. Stakeholder Communication: Liaise between different departments and stakeholders to ensure transparent communication and understanding of business requirements.

4. Documentation: Write clear and well-structured business requirements and documentation such as BRD, FRD, Wireframing etc.

5. Project Management: Assist with project management tasks, including planning, execution,



and monitoring.

6. Process Improvement: Analyse and recommend improvements to business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and identify trends.

2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders.

3. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and solve complex business problems.

4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).

5. Project Management: Experience in managing projects and coordinating with different teams
