Mindtickle reads the signals a sales rep produces - calls,



role plays, assessments, CRM activity — and turns them into a judgment about how well that rep sells. We are rebuilding the AI that does it, and we need a Group Product Manager to own that engine and the products that put its judgment in front of frontline managers and revenue leaders. You will have no reports and the full charter: product direction, roadmap, customer relationships, pricing, and revenue.

What You'll Drive

Own the Behavior Intelligence engine that turns rep signals into a judgment about how each rep performs, kept current as current signals arrive.

Define and ship the manager and leader products built on that judgment, from discovery through launch, starting from what those users are trying to get done.

Decide what a correct judgment about a rep looks like, get customers to agree with it, and defend it when they push back.
