Job Description – Enterprise Applications CoE Architect & Senior Manager
Role Overview
The Enterprise Applications CoE Architect & Senior Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for defining, architecting, and scaling an Enterprise Applications Center of Excellence (CoE) across SAP (S/4HANA, BRIM), Oracle (Fusion/NetSuite), and Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms.
This role combines enterprise architecture leadership, delivery governance, people leadership, and P&L; ownership. The incumbent partners with executives, Sales, Pre?Sales, and Delivery teams to drive platform?led growth, large?scale transformations, and consistently solid customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
CoE Strategy, Architecture & Governance
- Architect and lead a cross?platform Enterprise Applications CoE focused on SAP, Oracle, D365, and NetSuite.
- Define CoE charter, operating model, design authority, and architecture governance forums.
- Establish enterprise standards for solution architecture, configuration vs. customization, integrations, extensions, testing, and release management.
- Build reusable assets including reference architectures, BRIM monetization patterns, ERP modernization accelerators, and migration playbooks.

Enterprise Solution Architecture
- Lead end?to?end architecture for complex ERP programs, including:
