We are looking for a ServiceNow QA professional with experience in Manual Testing and Automated Test Framework (ATF). The role involves testing ServiceNow applications, custom applications, integrations, and modules such as ITSM and HRSD.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for ServiceNow applications.
- Perform Manual Testing and Automated Testing using ServiceNow ATF.
- Test ServiceNow Custom Applications developed using App Engine.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
- Test ServiceNow modules including ITSM and HRSD.
- Validate applications and interfaces developed using UI Builder.
- Test integrations between ServiceNow and external applications.
- Create, execute, and maintain ATF automated test cases.
- Analyze test results and identify application defects.
- Track, report, and follow up on defects until closure.




- Work closely with developers, business teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Support Agile/Scrum testing activities throughout the SDLC.

Key Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of ServiceNow Testing experience, including Manual Testing and ATF.
- Experience with ServiceNow Custom Applications and App Engine.
- Experience testing ITSM and HRSD modules.
- Knowledge of UI Builder.
- Experience testing ServiceNow integrations.
- Robust knowledge of JavaScript and Glide Scripting.
- Experience with REST APIs.
- Understanding of functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
