Essential Duties/Responsibilities: (% TIME) • Design, develop, and deliver robust Salesforce solutions across Agentforce for Sales and Agentforce Service, building custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and JavaScript. , aligning with business priorities and user experience standards. 50% • Architect scalable designs in collaboration with technical leads and enterprise architects, ensuring alignment with coding standards and governance models. 15% • Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize code in a high-volume, performance-driven Salesforce environment. 15% • Demonstrate a solid commitment to clear, thorough documentation—capturing architectural decisions, logic flows, and platform usage to support maintainability and crossfunctional transparency. 5% • Mentor junior developer
