SAP Security Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance), and core SAP Security (ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori, etc.). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining security roles, access controls, and compliance frameworks across SAP systems to ensure secure and compliant enterprise operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SAP Security:

· Design and implement SAP security roles and authorizations across systems including S/4HANA, ECC, BW, CRM, and Fiori.

· Perform user administration, role management, and access control for SAP systems.

· Conduct regular audits and remediation activities related to user access and segregation of duties (SoD).

2. SAP GRC:

· Configure and maintain SAP GRC Access Control modules: ARA, ARM, EAM, BRM.

· Design and implement SoD ruleset and risk analysis frameworks.





· Coordinate access request workflows and role approval processes.

· Conduct periodic access reviews, firefighter session monitoring, and compliance reporting.

Required Skills and Experience:

· 4–10 years of experience in SAP Security, including user/role administration and access control.

· Solid knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control modules and SoD concepts.

· Experience with Fiori and S/4HANA authorization models.

· Familiarity with integration technologies (SAML, OAuth, SCIM) and identity providers (Azure AD, Okta).

· Knowledge of IT compliance standards and practices.

· Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

· Strong communication and documentation abilities.
