Job Purpose:

The Assistant Manager (AM) – MIS for Customer Retention & Persistency is responsible for providing analytical support and management information systems to drive customer retention strategies and ensure high persistency rates for products. This role involves preparing and analyzing reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing actionable insights to help improve customer loyalty and reduce churn rates.

Key Responsibilities:

MIS Reporting & Analysis:
- Design, develop, and maintain regular MIS reports for tracking customer retention and persistency metrics.
- Analyze trends and patterns in customer behavior, retention rates, policy lapsation, and persistency, and provide actionable insights to the management team.
- Develop reports that track performance against targets (e.g., retention rates, persistency ratios, renewal rates).

Data Management & Dashboard Creation:
- Manage large sets of customer data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability for reporting purposes.




- Create dashboards and automated reporting systems to track retention and persistency KPIs, ensuring real-time visibility for the team.
- Provide recommendations to improve data quality and enhance reporting capabilities.

Customer Retention Strategies:
- Assist in the development and execution of customer retention campaigns, focusing on improving persistency and reducing policy cancellations.
- Work closely with the customer retention team to track the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements based on analytical findings.
- Identify potential risks related to customer retention and propose strategies for mitigating churn.
