This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Growth Lead - Paid Media (Meta Ads) based in India.

This is a high-impact growth role focused on scaling paid acquisition for a consumer AI product across India, the Middle East, and Europe. You will own Meta Ads growth end to end, from strategy and creative testing to funnel optimization and market expansion. Working closely with the founders, you will help build a scalable and repeatable paid acquisition engine from the ground up. The role combines hands-on campaign execution with analytical decision-making across CAC, conversion, payback, and overall funnel performance. You will operate in a fast-moving, highly iterative workplace where testing, learning, and scaling are central to success. This is an opportunity to directly influence growth strategy while working across multiple international consumer markets

Accountabilities:
- Paid Acquisition Ownership: Own Meta paid acquisition end to end, managing strategy, execution, optimization,



and performance across multiple markets.
- Growth Strategy: Build and execute paid growth strategies across India, the Middle East, and Europe, identifying opportunities to expand acquisition efficiently.
- Creative Testing: Develop and lead the creative testing strategy, maintaining a high velocity of experimentation and continuously improving creative performance.
- Funnel Optimization: Monitor and optimize CAC, trial-to-paid conversion, payback, and other key funnel metrics to improve overall acquisition efficiency.
- Performance Scaling: Identify high-performing audiences, creatives, campaigns, and markets, then determine where to scale investment based on performance data.
- Experimentation: Make clear decisions about what to test, pause, eliminate, or scale using quantitative insights and campaign performance.
