About the Role

As a Amazon Ads Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of brand performance across multiple eCommerce platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, and other relevant marketplaces (Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, etc.).

This role goes beyond just campaign execution — you will be responsible for driving revenue, improving visibility, and scaling brands through a mix of performance marketing, catalogue optimization, and platform-specific growth strategies.

You will manage 10–12 brand accounts independently, act as the primary point of contact for clients, and play a critical role in building sustainable and scalable marketplace growth.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Strategy & Growth

Develop and execute platform-specific growth strategies across multiple marketplaces. Understand the nuances of each platform and tailor approaches to maximize visibility, conversions, and revenue.

Ads & Performance Marketing

Lead the planning and execution of advertising campaigns across Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and other marketplace ad platforms.



Focus on scaling revenue while maintaining efficiency metrics such as ACoS and ROAS.

Account Ownership & Performance Management

Independently manage multiple brand accounts, ensuring consistent performance and growth. Monitor key KPIs, identify gaps, and take proactive actions to improve outcomes.

Campaign Optimization & Scaling

Continuously optimize campaigns through data-backed decisions. Scale high-performing strategies while maintaining cost efficiency and long-term sustainability.

Catalogue & Content Optimization

Enhance product listings across marketplaces using keyword optimization, content improvements, and platform-specific best practices to improve organic rankings and conversion rates.

Data Analysis & Business Insights

Analyze large sets of data to identify trends, performance drivers, and growth opportunities. Translate insights into actionable recommendations that directly impact business performance.
