Summary: VES is looking for a HSE Manager to join our team in Faridabad, India location. This position manages and leads HSE (Health, Safety & Environmental) programs and provides expert advice and oversight to ensure compliance across assigned manufacturing operations. Promotes HSE awareness, accountability, and performance through leadership engagement, safety meetings, communications, onsite presence, and training programs. Leads initiatives to minimize risk, injury, environmental impact, and operational loss. Oversee plant-level security requirements as applicable.



Contributes to regional and global HSE initiatives, strategy, and continuous improvement efforts.
Follows all company and department policies and procedures with special consideration for safety.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Leads, coaches, supports, and ensures the commitment of site and functional management to operate at a high level of health, safety, and environmental performance.
- Accountable for effective implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
- Leads the organization in contributing to and acting upon the OFI (Opportunity for Improvement) system, ensuring timely closure of actions.
- Defines and drives HSE initiatives with a strong focus on execution, measurable KPIs, and continuous improvement. Develops and leads the annual review of HSE performance.
