Position Summary
- The Data Analyst, Customer Operations will support data-driven decision-making across Revvity's Order Fulfillment, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Customer Care functions. This role will collect, analyze, and visualize operational data to improve service levels, fulfillment performance, and customer satisfaction — contributing directly to Revvity's mission of delivering innovative solutions that accelerate human health.

Key Responsibilities
? Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple business systems including SAP ECC / S/4HANA and other enterprise sources.
- Support the creation and maintenance of operational dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
- Monitor key metrics across supply chain, order fulfillment, inventory, and customer service.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for business stakeholders across Revvity's global operations.

- Assist in documenting and mapping order fulfillment and supply chain processes aligned with Revvity's operational standards.
- Support process improvement initiatives across Customer Care, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Procurement.
