Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in operations or business management, and vendor management.
- 7 years of experience using analytics or applying project management tools to address business issues.

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing or accelerating sales portfolios across regional/international markets within rapid-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Proven track record of orchestrating portfolio turnarounds, exceeding business generation quotas, and inspiring high-velocity inside sales teams to drive consultative customer value.
- Robust working knowledge of core Google Ads solutions including Search, Performance Max (PMax), and Demand Gen, with a proven ability to map customer-centric business objectives to the optimal product adoption and maturity journey.
- Ability to synthesize complex, high-volume performance data into actionable sales playbooks and executive growth roadmaps.
- Strong command of structured sales methodologies, complex pipeline mechanics, lead-to-opportunity conversions,



and objection handling.
