As an HR Associate, you will play a key role in driving talent acquisition across multiple positions and client organizations. You will manage recruitment activities from candidate sourcing and screening through interviews, assessments, and offers. The role combines hands-on recruiting with stakeholder coordination, requiring strong organization, communication, and follow-through. You will collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to deliver efficient and high-quality hiring outcomes. Your work will directly contribute to identifying and attracting top talent while maintaining a strong candidate experience. - Drive candidate sourcing initiatives through LinkedIn and other relevant recruitment channels, developing effective strategies to identify and attract high-quality talent.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across multiple roles, using diverse sourcing approaches to support ongoing hiring needs.
- Review resumes and applications, conduct initial candidate interviews and evaluations, and maintain a consistently high quality bar throughout the selection process.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and other hiring activities while ensuring candidates and stakeholders receive timely updates and clear communication.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, support recruitment goals, and keep processes aligned with agreed timelines.
