Job Title – Pega Smart Dispute Developer
Role Summary:
Expertise in Pega Smart Disputes (Issuers) to support and enhance enterprise dispute management applications. The role involves production support, defect resolution,



regulatory and card network rule implementation, performance optimization, and delivery of business enhancements while ensuring application stability, compliance, and operational excellence.

Required Skills
- Mandatory hands-on experience with Pega Smart Disputes (Issuers).
- Strong expertise in Pega PRPC / Pega Infinity, including:
- Case Management, Flow and Rule development, Data Pages, Integrations (REST/SOAP), Activities, Queue Processors & Job Schedulers, Agents, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Security and Access Groups
- In-depth understanding of the payment card dispute and chargeback lifecycle, including:
- Transaction Dispute, Provisional Credit, Chargeback, Representment, Pre-Arbitration, Arbitration, Write-off and Recovery
- Solid knowledge of card network dispute rules, including:
- Visa Claims Resolution (VCR), Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Reason Codes, Compliance timelin
