Key Technical Requirements

1. API Automation

Minimum 18 months hands‑on experience in API Automation

Strong experience using RestAssured with Java

2. UI Automation

Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience in UI Automation

Mandatory experience using Selenium with Java

3. BDD Framework

Minimum 2 years hands‑on experience using BDD Cucumber

Ability to design, maintain, and execute Cucumber test suites

4. Database Testing

Minimum 2 years hands‑on experience in DB Testing

Solid in writing SQL queries, joins, validations

5. Java Proficiency

Must score 7/10 or above in:

Core Java

OOPs concepts

Collections

Exception handling

Basic scripting for automation frameworks

Additional Expectations

Strong understanding of test automation frameworks,



maintenance, debugging, and optimizing scripts.

Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.

Experience with version control tools like Git / Bitbucket.

Ability to write detailed and reusable test cases/scripts.

Should be able to work independently with strong hands‑on capability.

Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with:

Jenkins or CI/CD pipelines

Postman / Swagger

Reporting tools (Allure, Extent Reports)

Cloud-based automation execution (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs)
