Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with AI who can build AI-enabled enterprise applications and effectively articulate AI productivity ROI and value frameworks to client engineering leadership.

The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Java, Microservices, and modern AI technologies with hands-on experience in integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise applications.

- Design and develop enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Build AI-powered solutions using LLMs, LangChain, and Spring AI.
- Integrate asynchronous AI APIs into enterprise applications.
- Modernize legacy applications using AI-driven development approaches.
- Communicate AI productivity ROI and value frameworks to client engineering leadership.
- Develop event-driven applications using Apache Kafka.
- Manage source code and AI-assisted development using GitHub and GitHub Copilot.
- Build and maintain applications using Maven, PostgreSQL, and Docker.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and track project progress using Jira and Confluence.
