11.2 version EPN Hyperion
- Good Communication
- Understanding in installation configuration, upgrades, other ongoing support for Hyperion applications
- Support across multiple Hyperion models, System maintenance & user assistance.
- Different modules within the EMP (Understanding Essbase, FDMEE, HPCM, DRM, and HFM & ODI,
- People should work on EP administrative with primary focus on HFM & support for other modules
- Candidate to have understanding of the modules at least

Key responsibilities
- Installations & configuration & upgrades of Hyperion & EPM applications with version 11.2 main key version
- Trouble shooting, installation, resolving technical challenges, managing upgrade versions, including planning,



Implementation & enhancement of system upgrades. Knowledge with upgrade also
- Technical 7 user support, responding promptly to incidences & issues, Monitors & support application system, Experience in Hyperion backup.
- Assist in Hyperion infrastructure, Delivery user training & expert experience when needed along with guidance to team
