Role Summary
This role provides expert-level system analysis, design, development, and implementation of applications and databases, and directs business assessment and requirements analysis for hardware and operating systems, while architecting complex data integration and driving system performance and scalability improvements.

Responsibilities




- Provides expert-level IT technical leadership and direction for complex software, middleware, and hardware initiatives across multiple platforms; delivers hands-on expertise in design, development, implementation, architecture, and ongoing maintenance.
- Ensures the viability and quality of IT deliverables by recommending development and architectural approaches, approving technical outputs, and overseeing testing across functionality, performance, and security; supports production systems as needed.
- Stay deeply hands‑on. Contribute to design and implementation, review code and technical changes, and lead by example through strong engineering practices.
- Leverage cloud‑first and AI‑assisted engineering practices. Use up-to-date cloud platforms and AI‑enabled tools to reduce friction, improve code quality, and accelerate delivery.
