About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Market
Research Executive (MRE) to support our B2B business development and
marketing initiatives. This is an entry-level role focused on researching
companies and markets, identifying Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), validating
business contacts, and maintaining accurate data within CRM systems.

The ideal candidate should have robust research skills,
attention to detail, and the ability to work with large volumes of business and
contact data.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct
detailed account and company research to identify relevant
businesses, industries, decision-makers, and market opportunities.
- Support
the identification and development of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) based on defined business requirements.
- Research
target companies using online platforms, company websites, LinkedIn,
industry databases, and other reliable sources.
- Identify
relevant decision-makers and key stakeholders within target
organizations.




- Validate
and verify business contact information, including names, job titles,
company details, email addresses, and other relevant information.
- Maintain
accurate, complete, and up-to-date records within the CRM system.
- Perform
data cleaning, deduplication, and quality checks to ensure database
accuracy.
- Segment
and organize accounts and contacts based on industry, geography, company
size, job function, and other relevant criteria.
- Support
the sales and marketing teams by preparing targeted prospect and account
lists.
- Track
research activities and maintain documentation of findings.
- Ensure
all data collection and research activities comply with company policies
and applicable data privacy requirements.

Requirements

Analytics, or a related field.
