About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Microservices, Spring Boot, and React. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, robust, and user-friendly software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain back-end services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Build dynamic, responsive, and interactive front-end applications using React.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and other developers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure scalability, performance, and security of applications.
- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging,



and troubleshooting production issues.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment and testing.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Must-Have Skills
- Strong proficiency in Java (Core & Advanced).
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
- Solid front-end development skills with React.js.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with back-end services.
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).

Good-to-Have (Optional) Skills
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Understanding of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, Jest, etc.).
