Hands‑on experience requirement:

Solution Engineering
- Translating approved architectural patterns and standards into deployable solutions
- Supporting engineering design decisions aligned to OT safety, availability, and cyber security constraints

OT Admin Zone Architecture
- Working knowledge of OT Admin Zone (OTAZ) architectural patterns
- Practical experience with EAZ / DAZ / PAZ, DMZ, and PCN integrations
- Ability to implement solutions in alignment with enterprise OT security standards

Operational Readiness & Documentation
- Writing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Developing work instructions, runbooks, and support documentation
- Able to write supporting evidence and as-built documentation needed for audit and compliance

Transition to Operations (TTO)




- Executing structured transition‑to‑operations activities
- Executing knowledge transfer to operations and sustainment teams
- Supporting stabilization and hypercare following deployments

Day‑to‑Day Delivery Execution
- Completing support request for deployments and hypercare
- Working and resolving operational tickets during hypercare
- Supporting backlog execution in coordination with product and operations teams

- Axonius – OT asset inventory management
- Splunk – OT event logging and visibility
- Tenable OT – OT network anomaly detection and vulnerability management

- SolarWinds – Network hardening and compliance monitoring
- AlgoSec – Network segmentation and firewall policy management
