Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Reservation Manager to join our dynamic hospitality team in Jaipur, India. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee daily reservations operations in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving revenue optimization. You'll work collaboratively across multiple departments, manage complex bookings, and lead a team of reservation professionals with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and outstanding customer service.

- Oversee daily reservations operations and ensure accurate handling of bookings, amendments, and cancellations with meticulous attention to detail.
- Work closely with Revenue Management to maximize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.
- Identify booking trends and opportunities to improve room revenue.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, brand standards, and revenue strategies.
- Monitor room availability, rates, and inventory across all distribution channels to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Ensure correct application of rate codes, packages, and promotions in compliance with organizational policies
- Coordinate seamlessly with Front Office, Sales, Revenue Management, and Housekeeping teams to support smooth operations
