Position Overview

Radiant Digital is hiring a Technical Marketing Specialist to lead marketing for our US public sector market, which covers state and local government and education (SLED). This is a technically demanding role for someone who uses technology and AI to run marketing efficiently and turn Radiant's capabilities into programs that generate qualified sales leads.

We are looking for a highly technical, capable individual with marketing experience or knowledge. Someone who automates marketing work with AI, is fluent in marketing tools and platforms, has a hands-on technical background, and can work directly with technical teams while driving projects to completion. On a secondary basis, the role also supports our Partnerships lead in building Radiant's technology partner network and current partnership revenue streams. Prior partnership experience is a nice-to-have, not a requirement.





Key Responsibilities

US Public Sector Marketing (primary)

Act as the marketing point of contact for the US public sector market, aligning marketing to the market's active sales priorities. Generate qualified prospects and leads across the full range of marketing activities, including campaigns and communications, events, market research, sales support, and digital and social presence. Develop messaging, positioning, and materials tailored to public sector buyers, and work with inside sales to qualify and hand off leads.

Marketing Execution and Content

Create and maintain marketing plans and campaign briefs. Produce sales support materials such as one-pagers, capability decks, case studies, use cases, and white papers. Support the market's digital and social presence with content and campaign input, working alongside the team that manages presence and social channels.
