Experience: 3+ years

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead and support IFRS 4 to IFRS 17 transition and IFRS 17 conversion projects.

Interpret and apply IFRS 17 standards to insurance contracts, including measurement models (GMM, PAA, VFA).

Analyze insurance contract data and ensure accurate classification, measurement, and reporting.

Support development and review of IFRS 17 accounting policies, methodologies, and documentation.

Coordinate with actuarial, IT, finance, and risk teams for IFRS 17 implementation.

Perform impact assessments on financial statements due to IFRS 17 adoption.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal control requirements.

Support system configuration, testing, and validation for IFRS 17 reporting tools.

Prepare and review IFRS 17 disclosures, journal entries, and reconciliations.

Assist in stakeholder communication and training on IFRS 17 changes.
