Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj finance limitedDuties and Responsibilities
Qualification: CAExperience: Fresher -An effective communicator with the ability to coordinate with internal & external stakeholders & relate to people at all levels of business and management.-Assessing loan applications for credit appraisal which includes financial analysis to understand the solvency, liquidity position and credit worthiness of individual and corporate customers.-Assess income and various obligation ratios, in depth knowledge of rational behind calculation of ratios and its impact on loan performance during the loan tenure.-Calculating eligibility basis portfolio as per BFL policy and doing risk check of customers.-In dept knowledge of Capital Market and daily monitoring of stocks impacting BFL LAS exposure.-Preparation of detailed Credit Approval Memo for high value cases and getting it approved from respective approving authorities basis BFL defined approval matrix.-Adhering to all regulatory and statutory compliances & implementing operational risk controls related to LAS transactions ensuring fair sanctions to corporates and non-corporates and timely processing of cases in given TAT.-Monitoring the portfolio behaviour of LAS Portfolio and identify the early sign of stress in the portfolio and highlight it to the reporting manager.-Policy preparation/review /updation at regular intervals-Review and renewal of existing LAS Portfolio.-Regular tracking of progress on the agreed key metrics towards delivering on the strategy. -Preparation of RPRs of the LAS portfolio as when required.-Providing timely inputs to Business team, COE, Compliance team, Finance team, IFC Audit team, Internal Audit team, RBI Audit.-RBI Reporting of SMA-2 and large exposure.-Monthly preparation of DeckRequired Qualifications and Experience
