The Test Lead for ATIES is responsible for defining and driving the end-to-end test strategy for a data product, ensuring all changes are planned, executed, and evidenced in line with Group Test Strategy. The role oversees test planning, execution, data validation, and governance, providing quality assurance sign-off for releases while ensuring audit readiness, traceability, and protected production delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and govern the ATIES test strategy aligned with platform and Group standards.
- Own test planning for releases, including coverage, risk assessment, environment readiness, and test data preparation.
- Oversee test execution across functional, API, data, and performance testing, along with defect management.
- Ensure robust data product testing, including data quality, reconciliation, and lineage validation.
- Provide quality sign-off for releases with audit-ready evidence and complete traceability.
- Drive tooling and automation adoption, including Xray and CI/CD integration.
