Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Lead design discussions and provide innovative solutions
- Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Benefits, Workday Core HCM
- Strong understanding of HR processes and Workday functionality
- Experience in configuring Workday Benefits modules
- Knowledge of Workday security and reporting capabilities
- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing Workday solutions
