About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive Aurassure’s B2B growth across Kolkata and the wider West Bengal market.

You will work closely with clients across industries such as manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, infrastructure, construction, and other industrial sectors,



helping them identify and adopt technology-led solutions for environmental monitoring and sustainability.

What You’ll Do

Identify, develop, and convert current B2B and enterprise business opportunities across West Bengal.

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through field visits, networking, referrals, prospecting, and outbound outreach.

Develop relationships with key decision-makers, including CXOs, plant heads, EHS leaders, sustainability teams, facility heads, and other business stakeholders.

Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, solution presentations, and requirement discussions.

Understand customer challenges and collaborate with internal technical and product teams to develop the right solution.

Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
